Shipping
We provide complimentary Royal Mail Tracked 48hr (Second Class) postage to any UK address for orders totaling £15 and above. Typically, items will be dispatched 3-5 working days after receiving your order. However, we take pride in our efficiency and often strive to create and dispatch orders within a day, allowing you to potentially receive your order just two days after placing it.
Please be aware that due to the personalized and handmade nature of our items, we specify a 1-2 week turnaround time to account for variations. This timeframe also ensures thorough quality checks to guarantee your item meets our high standards.
UK Postage
For items under 45cm, we utilize Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Second Class) postage, provided free for orders exceeding £15. Items measuring 45cm or more are shipped through DHL Parcel as our courier, offering a next day service. However, it may extend to 48 hours for certain UK areas or during exceptionally busy periods. Special Delivery or Signed For options are available at checkout if needed.
Customs and Taxes
Since items are crafted and dispatched from the UK, international customers, including those in Europe, are responsible for any applicable customs and import taxes upon arrival.
Returns and exchanges
Should any issue arise with your Rose & Fern purchase, please contact us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, and the item is unused and in perfect condition, we gladly offer exchanges or refunds within 30 days of delivery, excluding our postage costs.
Customers bear the responsibility for return/exchange postage costs, and refunds are processed upon receipt and verification of unused items.
Exceptions
If the returned item is not in the pristine condition it was sent in, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange. Personalized items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
Damaged items
While all orders undergo inspection before dispatch, occasional defects may slip through. In such cases, if your Rose & Fern product arrives with any defects, we will promptly offer a full refund or replacement.
We cannot refund or replace items with faults resulting from misuse or mishandling.
